Sweaty Feet
Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating can be very embarrassing but this can be treated in a number of ways. Sweaty feet can attract fungi and cause bad odor. Make sure you wash your feet regularly, scrub, wear clean cotton socks, and change your socks and shoes daily.
Remedies
Tomato Juice Scrub
Soak your feet for 30 minutes in half a basin of lukewarm water with 3 cups of tomato juice. Do this daily.
Baking Soda Soak
Soak your feet for 20 minutes in half a basin of lukewarm water with 2 cups of baking soda. Repeat this daily.
Apple Cider Bath
Soak your feet in half a basin of water with half cup of apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes in order to reduce perspiration. Wash your feet with mild soap after and wipe it with a dry, clean towel.
